Te Whare Oranga o Parakai is home to a variety of local businesses along with the South Kaipara Food Revolution. There are a wide range of prices to accommodate different rooms and frequency, short-term and longterm usage. Please feel free to discuss a package deal for your needs. We are hopeful that we can accommodate users that share the vision of Te Whare Oranga o Parakai.
Practitioner room (Kereru): This room is located near Entrance A and is designed for consultations.
Meeting room (Kiwi):Equipped with a large meeting table and chairs, this room has capacity for 8-10 people and has its own seperate entrance if needed. There is the option that this room can also be used as a waiting area for the Practitioner Room as it is adjacent.
Breakout space (Kahu): Located at the front of the building this area has two easy entrances, and equipped for 20-30 people depending on the activity the area is used for. Accessible toilet facilities are adjacent to this area.
Learning Space (Ruru): This room is located in the heart of the building and equipped with state of the art teaching and meeting facilities. It can accommodate up to 20 people seated in a variety of settings. This room can be completely closed off to the rest of the building and is equipped with adequate soundproofing and ventilation.
Open Space (Tui): Open plan area that can cater for 20-30 people depending on activity the area is used for. Located at back of building close to parking area. Toilets adjacent to this area.
Meeting / Activity Space (Matuku): This room is a lovely light space located at the back of the building with capacity for 12- 15 people. Entrance to this area is through the Tui area.

Our onsite South Kaipara Food Revolution team and access to both a commercial and teaching kitchen enable groups to either self-cater or use professional caterers (we can recommend great local catering).
With its unique location next to the Parakai Springs complex on the main street of Parakai, there is plenty of parking at both entrance A & B and wheelchair access at both entrances. Please note there is a strict no smoking and no alcohol policy on site.
